Beginning January 2023, PWSD No. 12 will no longer contact customers with past-due balances by phone. 

Bills are always due by the 15th of each month and water service will be disconnected if the account is not paid before the fourth Tuesday of each month.  The disconnect date is printed on each bill.

We encourage you to register with our online bill payment partner, InvoiceCloud, to continue receiving reminders regarding bill due dates.  (Click the "Bill Payment" button on this page.)  There is no cost to register, and by providing an email address and/or phone number, automated reminders will be sent when a payment is due and has not yet been paid.  InvoiceCloud will charge a convenience fee only if you opt to pay your bill via credit/debit card or electronic check. 

Payments can also be made via our 24/7 automated phone payment system by calling (844) 436-0691 and following the prompts.  A convenience fee will apply.
